Although the national team are flying, there's
still only two teams worth looking at in Scotland for new talent. I
visited Ibrox and Tynecastle several times and there's plenty of
quality there for us to choose from. Coisty has agreed to give us
first option on any young Gers and I've formed a 'special
relationship' with the agent who represents Hearts eastern european
contingent.

Went to Spain with a view to doing 3 games within
the week, starting with Real Mallorca. Unfortunately due to some
fixture changes and transport problems, I didn't actually make any
games. However after speaking with some contacts, it seems Barcelona
have a young 20 year old Argentinean for our problem left midfield
spot. If we strike quick I bet we could get him for peanuts.

I've been doing extensive research into the
Bundesliga & Le Championnet with the assistance of a key ex Ram
contact Mr Craig Burley. I am building a dossier of various
targets which I hoped to have completed by now. However I missed
Global football round up on Setanta this week because the wife was
watching Holby City and the kids wanted to watch Lost in the spare
room.

invested in new technology and the very latest player database. I
spend a couple of hours each day viewing it with my son's
assistance. The program is superb and I've even transferred several
possible targets into a cyber Derby team to see how they would fit
in.
